Embodied Voice Practice

Do you want to experience the limitless potential of your voice? And re-awaken your authentic power?

We invite you on an embodied journey to unlock your unique sound and life-energy. Your body is an incredible instrument and conduit of sound vibration. In this workshop you will remember your natural ability to express yourself freely, fully and authentically!

This workshop is inspired by the most traditional, rooted forms of singing from the slavic culture that Asia grew up in. It requires finding and connecting with a natural, unfiltered “white voice” that carries emotions through space.

In this workshop you will...

• Experience your authentic, unfiltered voice that is open and free, and capable of expressing your full emotional spectrum
• Develop a greater capacity to listen to “the whispering voice within”.
• Learn how to sing with the open throat and find strong, loud and clear sound that can travel through the mountains
• Experience your voice through physical vibrations made by the sound
• Heal and restore as the vibrations positively influence your vagus nerve and help to release the toxins
• Ground yourself and feel a deep connection and unity with the world around
• Boost your confidence and surprise yourself with the power of your own voice ;-)

You don’t need previous experience with voice- or somatic practices. If you’re feeling the call, we simply ask you to show up fully with an open mind and heart.
